The apartment is fully equipped for short stays and the tariff includes heating, linen, tv/dvd player and a selection of movies and cd's for your entertainment as well as a selection of board games, free off road parking is also available, in private residental car park, from mid april free sky tv with over 60 channels and free internet Broadband service so just bring your laptop, this apartment is on the 5th floor of five and is serviced by a lift, minimum stay is 2 nights, but please check availibilty with owner, PLEASE NOTE: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL I PERMIT OR ALLOW MORE GUESTS THAN ORIGINALLY AGREED UPON,I WILL DO MY UTMOST TO TRY AND BE FLEXIBLE REGARDING CHECK IN TIMES BUT PLEASE TRY AND CHECK IN BEFORE 8.00 PM.
